Overview
The 3300 XL 8 mm Proximity Transducer System is composed of:
- A 3300 XL 8 mm probe,
- A 3300 XL extension cable, and
- A 3300 XL Proximitor Sensor.
This system outputs a voltage that corresponds directly to the distance between the probe tip and a conductive surface. It is capable of measuring both static (position) and dynamic (vibration) values. Primarily, the system is used for vibration and position monitoring on fluid-film bearing machinery.
