Overview
The 991 Thrust Transmitter is primarily designed for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) of centrifugal air compressors, small pumps, motors, or fans, who require a straightforward 4 to 20 mA proportional axial displacement (thrust) signal to integrate into their machinery control systems. This 2-wire, loop-powered device works in conjunction with the 3300 NSv proximity probe and its corresponding extension cable, available in system lengths of 5 m and 7 m. The transmitter processes the input signal from the probe, converting it into engineering units that reflect the axial position of the shaft. It then outputs a 4 to 20 mA industry-standard signal, ready for the control system to handle machinery protection, alarming, and logic operations.Specifications
