Overview
The Tricon Communication Module (TCM) is an optional component designed for the Tricon controller. It enables communication across various message protocols and physical media types. The ports on the TCM facilitate connections with TriStation, other Tricon or Trident controllers, Ethernet devices, and Modbus master and slave devices.
The Tricon controller can accommodate up to two slots for TCMs, allowing a maximum of four TCMs in a single system. Each TCM functions independently, offering the flexibility to connect to separate networks or to be configured in a redundant setup.
